Chef Evan had worked in various renowned restaurants and hotels in Singapore for the past 16years such as Goodwoodpark Hotel “Coffee Lounge”, Raffles Hotel “Seah Street Deli”, The St.Regis Hotel “Brasserie Les Saveurs”, and The Prive Group “Prive Grill”. He has worked with famous Star Chefs like Manel Valero and Robin Ho to name a few. A big guy, cooking and eating is his life-long passion. He desired to create a healthy lifestyle for himself and customers. Using good quality ingredients (Brown rice, Nuyolk egg, Japanese flour etc). to prepare good and nutrition food.
