About
A mixed-use landmark
on 371 Beach Road.
In the heart of the city, City Gate is a striking addition to the skyline — a 30-storey shopping mall in Singapore that sets three levels of retail, City Gate Shoppes, beneath 311 homes, so a ready crowd lives right above the shops.
Convenience is the whole idea: a sheltered walkway runs from Nicoll Highway MRT straight to the door, and life is easier when everything sits a lift ride away.
A shopping mall near the MRT in Singapore — City Gate is a 7-minute sheltered walk from Nicoll Highway MRT.
The building obtained its T.O.P. in December 2018.
Jointly developed by Fragrance Group & World Class Land.

One address, two lives
A mall you walk into and a home you live in, stacked into one building.
City Gate is a single 30-storey development on 371 Beach Road — a shopping centre in Singapore that pairs three levels of retail at street level with 311 homes on the floors above. The two halves share a lift lobby, a sheltered walk from Nicoll Highway MRT, and a neighbourhood the Master Plan is still building around.

City Gate
Shops
Three levels of shops, clinics, salons and kitchens run from the basement up to Level Two. It is where the neighbourhood eats a Thai lunch, sorts a prescription, gets a haircut and picks up dinner on the way home.
Bugis Singapore shopping usually means a crowd and a queue; City Gate sits a few minutes down Beach Road, close enough to reach and far enough to breathe.

City Gate
Residences
Above the shops sit 311 homes across the tower’s upper floors, from one-bedroom apartments to penthouses, most looking out over the city or the sea.
For residents the mall is simply downstairs: breakfast, a gym session, groceries and a late supper are all a lift ride from the front door. That closeness is the whole idea of the building.
