Celebrating National Day Hamper Draw

These are the terms City Gate published for this promotion, reproduced in full. By taking part, participants agreed to be bound by them.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the same-day Hamper Draw held during the City Gate “Celebrating National Day” event on 8 August 2026 (the “Event”). By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 The Promotion is organised by City Gate (the “Organiser”), located at 371 Beach Rd, Singapore 199597. For enquiries, contact citygate.ma@gmail.com / 6513 9742.
2.1 The Event runs on 8 August 2026 from 11:00am to 3:00pm at City Gate.
2.2 The Hamper Draw is a same-day draw conducted during or at the close of the Event, at a time determined by the Organiser.
2.3 Registration and game-card collection are available at the Registration Desk, manned from 11:00am to 3:00pm, while stocks and event capacity last.
3.1 The Event is free and open to all shoppers and residents. Participants aged under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will represent them for any prize claim.
3.2 Employees of the Organiser, participating tenants and sponsors, and their immediate family members and agents involved in the Event, are not eligible to win the hamper prizes.
4.1 Register: Collect a celebration game card at the Registration Desk to begin the game-stall trail.
4.2 Play the trail: Complete the National-Day themed game stalls (for example: Golden Merlion Toss, Catch the Stars, Supertree Pong, Navigate the Lion City, Steady Hands SG). One (1) stamp is earned per completed stall.
4.3 Collect the required stamps: Collect all four (4) stamps on the celebration game card to qualify for the Hamper Draw. (The exact number of stamps/stalls required is at the Organiser’s discretion and will be stated on the game card.)
4.4 Submit: Deposit the completed, stamped game card with valid name and contact details at the designated counter before the draw closes to be entered.
5.1 Eight (8) celebration hampers will be awarded to eight (8) participants drawn at random from qualified game cards.
5.2 The hampers are purchased and divided across the Silver Sponsors and their contents are determined by the Organiser and sponsors. Hamper contents and value are approximately at $98~$108 per hamper.
5.3 Each qualified game card is eligible to win one (1) hamper only. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no cash redemption value.
5.4 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any hamper or item with another of equal or comparable value without prior notice, subject to sponsor availability.
6.1 The draw is conducted on 8 August 2026. Winners may be announced on-site and/or notified via the contact details provided.
6.2 Winners must produce valid photo identification to collect their hamper. Prizes for winners present on-site should be collected on the same day at the event site or within 14 days of the draw from the management office, #01-54, 371 Beach Rd, Singapore 199597.
6.3 Prizes unclaimed by 14 days from the draw will be forfeited and may be re-drawn or retained by the Organiser at its discretion.
7.1 Participants take part in the games and activities at their own risk and must follow the instructions of Event staff and stall marshals at all times.
7.2 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person behaving in a disorderly, unsafe, or inappropriate manner, or who tampers with game equipment.
7.3 The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising from participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where caused by the Organiser’s gross negligence.
8.1 By participating, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice captured at the Event for the Organiser’s and sponsors’ publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
8.2 Personal data collected will be used solely to administer the Event and Hamper Draw, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).
9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Event or Hamper Draw, or vary these Terms, at any time without prior notice (including for reasons of weather, safety, or capacity).
9.2 The Organiser’s decisions on all matters are final and binding; no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
9.3 If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
9.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
