“Predict the Podium” Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the City Gate “Predict the Podium” (Racing to the Races) (the “Promotion”), held during City Gate’s September 2026 campaign. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Organiser

1.1 The Promotion is organised by City Gate (the “Organiser”), located at 371 Beach Road, Singapore 199597. For enquiries, contact citygate.ma@gmail.com / 6513 9742.

1.2 The Organiser reserves the right to appoint agents, contractors or partners to administer any part of the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion runs from 14 September 2026 to 10 October 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

2.2 The winner is drawn after the race weekend and announced on the Organiser’s social media after 11 October 2026.

2.3 Submission will close on 10 October 2026, at 2359 PM.

2.4 Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to shoppers aged 18 years and above at the time of participation. Participants under 18 must be represented by a parent or legal guardian, who will represent them for any prize claim.

3.2 Employees of the Organiser, participating tenants and sponsors, and their respective immediate family members and agents involved in the Promotion, are not eligible to win prizes.

3.3 Participation requires the participant to provide valid contact details for prize notification.

4. How to Participate

4.1 On the official “Predict the Podium” campaign post only (Instagram / Facebook / TikTok/Lemon8/小红书), comment on your predicted top-three podium finishers for the motorsport race weekend.

4.2 Follow @citygate on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

4.3 One (1) entry per participant.

4.4 Participants must name the top 3 finishers by their name only. We will only accept the usage of:

4.4.1 First name and last name of the driver as a complete entry.

5. Entry Conditions (Social Media)

5.1 Participants must follow the Organiser’s official account (@citygate.sg on Instagram / @City Gate on Facebook / @citygate.sg on TikTok / @citygate.sg on Lemon8 / @Citygate Singapore on 小红书 as applicable) and keep their entry post or comment public until winners are announced.

5.2 Entrants must own, or have the right to use, any content they submit, and grant the Organiser the permissions set out in clause 8.

5.3 Unless stated otherwise, each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize. Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, automated, or in breach of these Terms or the platform’s rules may be disqualified.

5.4 The Organiser and the social media platforms are separate; the platforms do not sponsor, endorse or administer the Promotion.

6. Prizes

6.1 One (1) City Gate tenant voucher is awarded to a single winner.

6.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and holds no cash-redemption value. The voucher is subject to individual tenant terms.

6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or comparable value without prior notice.

7. Winner Selection, Notification & Collection

7.1 The winner is drawn at random from entries with the correct podium; if no entry is fully correct, from the closest predictions.

7.2 The winner is announced on the Organiser’s social media after 11th October 2026 and notified via direct message.

7.3 Winners are notified within 14 days of the draw or announcement. The Organiser is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact details.

7.4 Winners must produce valid photo identification (and, where applicable, proof of their winning entry) to collect their prize.

7.5 Prizes must be collected within 14 days of notification at the City Gate Management Office, #01-54, 371 Beach Road, Singapore 199597. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited, re-drawn or retained by the Organiser at its discretion.

8. Publicity & Personal Data

8.1 By participating, winners (and, where relevant, participants) consent to the use of their name, likeness, image, voice and/or social handle for the Organiser’s and sponsors’ publicity and marketing purposes across all media, without additional compensation.

8.2 Personal data collected is used solely to administer the Promotion and related communications, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).

9. Disqualification & Liability

9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.

9.2 The Organiser is not responsible for technical failures (including network outages or platform glitches) that prevent an entry from being submitted or received.

9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including consequential or indirect loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use or enjoyment of any prize, except to the extent caused by the Organiser’s gross negligence.

10. General

10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion, or vary these Terms, at any time without prior notice (including for reasons of weather, safety or capacity).

10.2 The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding; no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
